The Rolla Group began developing an industrial real estate complex of nearly 100,000 m2 in 2011 as part of a greenfield investment. In the first phase, a production and warehouse facility of over 5,000 m2 was constructed, including an impressive head office building.

Development continued in 2014, and by 2015, the next production facility was completed — a 5,200 m2 hall featuring modern, CNC-controlled manufacturing technology.

At the end of 2021, ROLLA IPARIPARK cPLC. was founded with the purpose of developing a logistics and service center under the name Rolla Iparipark on the following cadastral plots in Szigetszentmiklós: 12902/14, 12902/16, 12902/21, 12902/22, 12902/23. The site will be operated and leased as a modern business park.

The location lies at the intersection of Csepel Island’s main road and Petőfi Sándor Street in Szigetszentmiklós, with direct access to a roundabout. The M0 highway is accessable in just a few minutes without passing through residential areas.

Development Concept: Our goal is to create developments that enhance the quality of life for residents of the town and the surrounding area, while attracting a wide range of service providers to the site. This concept is built on the area’s outstanding location and accessibility.

Logistics: The logistics halls are flexibly configurable in sizes ranging from 1,000 to 9,000 m2.

Our objective is to provide modern logistics space that meets growing regional demands. During planning, we made sure that tenants also have the option to rent their own office space.

Service center: Due to the significant local traffic, roundabout access, the nearby MOL gas station, and the proximity of surrounding towns, the location is also ideal for service providers. We take into account the needs of both residents and businesses in the development plans. The area is particularly well suited for accommodation, hospitality, retail, wellness services, entertainment, and more.
