About us

The ROLLA Group has been a player in the domestic construction industry since 1989. Our company has been known to the market as a construction supplier, manufacturer and distributor of windows and doors. In 2025, the group withdrew from this market segment. In the period ahead, we will concentrate on the development of real estate, which we have already started.

Members and activities of the ROLLA Group:

• SL ASSET HOLDING cPLC.

  Within our group, a dedicated management services company provides infrastructure and operational support tailored to the specific professional needs of our subsidiaries.

• ROLLA METAL cPLC.

  Until mid-2020, the company specialized in the manufacturing and installation of exterior and interior aluminum doors and windows, curtain walls, skylights, glass roofs, and modular facades. Operations were carried out in a self-owned production hall with a floor area of over 5,000 m². The company ceased its manufacturing activities in the second half of 2020. Since then, its main business focus has shifted to real estate utilization.

• ROLLA HOTELS LTD.

  The legal predecessor of the company is Westag Hungaria Ltd., which began operations in 2000. For many years, it was a significant player in the construction sector as a distributor of doors and windows. Its distribution activities were concluded in 2025. Going forward, its main activity will focus on real estate development, specifically within the hotel segment.

• ROLLA IPARIPARK cPLC.

  The company was established in 2021. It owns a 70,000 m² development area located in Szigetszentmiklós, near the M0 highway. The land parcels are classified as “urban” under zoning code Gk6, with cadastral numbers: 12902/14, 12902/16, 12902/21, 12902/22, 12902/23. Its mission is to establish logistics and service centers, which it will operate and utilize through lease agreements.
